Pro-Ject Speaker Box 5 S2 Bookshelf Speakers (Pair)

The Pro-Ject Speaker Box 5 S2 Bookshelf Speakers combine premium European craftsmanship with detailed, spacious sound and elegant compact styling, making them an excellent addition to any stereo HiFi system. Featuring a 2-way bass-reflex design, each speaker incorporates a 130mm fibreglass bass/midrange driver for rich, natural vocals and tight, controlled bass, alongside a 25mm silk dome tweeter for smooth, detailed high frequencies. The rigid MDF cabinet features sophisticated internal bracing to minimise unwanted vibrations and resonances, while a carefully engineered direct-wired crossover helps maintain signal purity and accurate sound reproduction. With an 88dB sensitivity, 8-ohm nominal impedance and recommended amplifier power of 10–150W, the Speaker Box 5 S2 pairs with a wide range of stereo amplifiers and HiFi systems. Gold-plated speaker terminals provide reliable connections, while magnetically attached, acoustically transparent grilles offer a clean appearance without compromising sound quality. Handmade in Europe using high-quality materials and environmentally conscious construction methods, the Pro-Ject Speaker Box 5 S2 delivers an impressive combination of musical performance, build quality and contemporary design, making it ideal for vinyl listening, music streaming and everyday HiFi entertainment.
