JVC DLA-NZ900 8K/e-shiftX Native 4K Laser Home Cinema Projector

The JVC DLA-NZ900 is JVC's flagship 8K/e-shiftX native 4K laser home cinema projector, engineered for reference-level dedicated cinema rooms and large-screen home theatre installations. Three third-generation 0.69-inch native 4K D-ILA devices provide a true 4096 × 2160 native resolution, while JVC's second-generation 8K/e-shiftX technology produces an 8192 × 4320 displayed image. Combined with a powerful 3,300-lumen BLU-Escent laser light source, the NZ900 is designed to deliver exceptional clarity, brightness and cinematic scale.

A class-leading 150,000:1 native contrast ratio combines with JVC's dynamic laser control to achieve a dynamic contrast ratio of ∞:1, delivering exceptionally deep blacks, detailed shadow information and powerful highlights. The NZ900 also features a premium 100mm all-glass lens, constructed from 18 elements in 16 groups within a full aluminium lens barrel. Its fully motorised 2x zoom, focus and extensive ±100% vertical and ±43% horizontal lens shift provide exceptional installation flexibility while maintaining high image quality across screens up to 300 inches.

For HDR movies and premium streaming content, the DLA-NZ900 incorporates second-generation Frame Adapt HDR dynamic tone mapping, alongside Theater Optimizer and Deep Black Tone Control. The system analyses HDR10 content frame-by-frame or scene-by-scene to optimise tone mapping for projection, while support for HDR10+, HLG, DCI-P3 wide colour, Auto Tone Mapping and FILMMAKER MODE helps reproduce films with impressive colour accuracy, depth and dynamic range.

Two full-bandwidth 48Gbps HDMI inputs support video signals up to 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz, making the NZ900 suitable for ultra-high-resolution movie playback and high-frame-rate gaming. Extensive custom-install features including lens memories, Installation Modes, 3D support, JVC Auto Calibration, RS-232C, LAN and 12V trigger connectivity make the JVC DLA-NZ900 a flagship projector for professionally designed high-end home cinema systems.
